All fund-raising projects or solicitations made on behalf of the Association or any division, league or team coming under the jurisdiction of this Association, shall be approved by the Executive Committee.

No Official, Manager, Coach, Member or Player in this Association shall organize or participate in any fund-raising project or solicitation in support of any division, league or team, coming under the jurisdiction of this Association, without the written consent of the Executive Committee.

SECTION 3

Requests for authority under this By-Law shall be submitted to the Secretary in writing and provide complete details of the proposed activity.

Association fund-raising programs take precedence over team fund-raising and it is expected that all players and coaches will participate in any Association fund-raising drive if called upon.
