The Blue Hawks picked up their second gold medal of the year
over the weekend defeating the Titans 4-3 on Monday night. After winning their last two playoff games of the year with
wins over the White Hawks 2-1 and the Blackhawks 1-0 the Blue Hawks went into the championship game on an 11 game winning
streak. The game started with the Blue Hawks spotting themselves a 2-0 lead with goals from Mitch Macdonald and Luke
Enman. The Titans tied it up again in the second period to make it 2-2 going to the third. Midway throught the
third period Jo Jo Ur gave the Blue Hawks a 3-2 and after that Luke Enman netted his second goal of the game to make
it a 4-2 lead and they hung on for the 4-3 win. Thank you to all who supported the Blue Hawks very sucessful season.
