ARTICLE 5 - COMMITTEES
SECTION 1
A Committee of the whole shall be composed of the Executive, the immediate Past President, Executive Directors
and any other persons as are deemed necessary by the Executive.
SECTION 2
A Protest Committee shall be appointed by the Executive.
SECTION 3
A Nominating Committee shall be appointed according to the provisions of Article 8-Section 1(a).
SECTION 4
Standing Committees as listed below shall be appointed by the Executive.
- Memorandum, By-Laws, Rules & Regulations
- Fair Play Policy
- Conflict of Interests Guidelines.
- Code of Discipline
- Schedule
- Playoffs
- Special Projects
- Trophies and Awards
- Finance
