The Annual Meeting of the Association shall be held each year prior to the NSMHC Annual General Meeting which is normally held on the first Saturday in May. At which time the election of officers will be held.

The Executive may call for a special general meeting of the Association at any time upon two weeks notice being given to all members.

Any six members may require the Executive Committee to convene a general meeting of the Association by submitting to the President a signed request for such meeting and stating the reasons therefore.

A quorum at meetings of the Executive Committee shall consist of fifty-one percent of the Executive Committee.

SECTION 6

A quorum at meetings of the membership shall consist of fifty-one percent of the Executive Committee and five additional members.
