1. Shall be formed at the first Executive Committee meeting following the Annual Meeting each year.
2. Shall consist of four members of the Executive Committee, as selected by the Executive Committee.
3. Shall interview all applicants and submit all results for consideration by the Executive Committee.
4. Shall establish the criteria for the selection of coaches.

The Executive Committee shall have final approval of successful candidates submitted by Selection Committee by majority vote.
