will only be registered after application and payment are received – FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Confirmation by phone for teams after deadline date only • Local area teams to start March 17th. • Away teams to start March 18th • $550.00
per team if registered by February 18th, 2005 • Late registration
$600.00 per team • Deadline for applications and registration is February 25th, 2005
