1. A Nominating Committee, consisting of at least three and not more than five members shall be appointed by the Executive Committee at least one month in advance of the Annual Meeting. 

It shall be the duty of the Nominating Committee to present to the Annual Meeting a slate of nominations for Officers, and Committee Directors, for the forthcoming year.
